  • Customized Planning Portal that will be used for client/planner collaboration throughout the planning process 
  • Monthly planning sessions to outline planning progress and to-dos 
  • Determination of overall style, look, and feel that the couple hopes to achieve on wedding day
  • Creation of wedding budget 
  • Curation of suitable venue options and attendance of one full day of venue visits
  • Creation of detailed wedding design plan 
  • Management of vendor team selection
  • Facilitation of the approval and signing of vendor contracts
  • Management of budget and payment tracking tool 
  • Sourcing, selection, and management of design elements for ceremony and reception
  • Arrangement and attendance, as schedule allows, of all vendor meetings 
  • Management of ongoing vendor communication 
  • Ongoing reminders for contract deadlines, payments, and planning timeline details
  • Assistance with  selection of stationary and signage for wedding day 
  • Creation, distribution, and execution of wedding day documents | final timeline, layout, decor details, inclement weather plan, etc.
  • One hour venue walk thru to review final plans | six to eight weeks prior to wedding day
  • Coordination ceremony rehearsal | up to one hour
  • Planner and two assistants on site for wedding day | up to eleven hours
  • Wedding day emergency kit for use by the wedding party on wedding day
  • Placement and breakdown of welcome table items, memory table items, reserved table or seating signs, table numbers, place cards, menu cards, toasting flutes, cake serving set, wedding favors

Partial Planning - pricing begins at $4,500

  • Customized Planning Portal that includes planning checklist, tools, and templates for wedding planning
  • 1.5 hour initial onboarding and consultation to create starter timeline, create starter venue layout, discuss planning goals, provide custom vendor recommendations,  create starter budget and discuss design ideas 
  • Wedding design mood board 
  • 1-hour monthly virtual planning sessions with the option to do one in-person  
  • Coordination of final details with venue and vendors | beginning six weeks prior to wedding day
  • Creation, distribution, and execution of wedding day documents | final timeline, layout, decor details, inclement weather plan, etc.

  • Midway check-in meeting with a BL Events team member to ensure you're on track with your planning (usually 4-6 months out from wedding day)
