Hi, I'm Bekah.
I’m so glad you’re here!
I started Bekah Laine Events in 2014 out of a deep love for
serving others and that’s still what motivates us today.
The past ten years have been incredible and we’ve been
honored to work with so many amazing couples. All unique
in their own way, we love creating custom designs and
events that represent our couples well.
I have always believed there’s not a wrong way to get
married and still do. We are here to guide you, inspire you,
and bring your vision to life, whatever that looks like.
I believe in loving people well, listening to their needs, and
following a killer proven process to keep things on track.
Whether it’s me, or someone from my carefully selected
team, I’m confident you’ll be in good hands with us as your

Bekah discovered her love for events through years of volunteer work with
non-profit groups.She got her start in the wedding business, planning and
coordinating for close friends, which led to her doing the same for friends of
friends. As demand for her services grew, she decided to leave her career in
Operations and Management to pursue her passion for event planning full
time.
She started her company, Bekah Laine Events, in 2014 and has never looked
back. She loves working with her clients to curate events specific to their
styles and tastes. Equally, she's passionate about her team and the level of
service they provide to clients and vendors alike.
A graduate with honors from the McCoy College of Business Administration
at Texas State University, Bekah describes herself as logistical and project-
focused, but admits she still gets a little emotional when she sends a bride
down the aisle.
A few of her favorite things include family time, french bulldogs, true crime
podcasts, and binge worthy dramas.
Bekah has served on the Board of Directors for the Associated Wedding
Planners of Austin since 2020 and is its current Immediate Past President.

Nichelle joined the BL Events team in 2021. She came to us with more than 7
years of experience in the hospitality industry already under her belt and
has been a wonderful addition to the team .
A jack of all trades, she's able to handle whatever comes her way with a
calm and patient attitude, assessing what needs to be done and often
solving a problem before others realize it's existence.
Our vendor partners love working with her and enjoy her collaborative and
helpful attitude.Our client's love her attention to detail, supportive nature
and fun personality! They always rave that they didn't have to worry about a
thing (and that's what we love to hear!)
When she's not planning or coordinating events, Nichelle enjoys traveling,
trying new cuisines and restaurants, reading and participating in ministry
with her church.

Kelly has been serving BL Events couples since 2021 and spent more than
3 years in the hotel+catering industry prior to joining our team.
Her organized approach and out of the box thinking are just a few skill
sets that make her an irreplaceable partner for our couples to have on
their wedding day.
An interior designer by trade, Kelly has always loved helping
transform spaces in a way that allows a couple’s personalities to shine
through in even the smallest of details. Her favorite thing is to see her
couple having the best day, full of joy and only the happiest of tears
celebrating their love with all their friends and family.
She holds a BS in Interior Design from Texas State University and a BA in
Communication from the University of Illinois.
In her free time, Kelly loves being with friends, working on new design
projects, and getting outdoors, whether it's hitting the trails for a run or
floating the river. She also loves dancing and you can find her two
stepping anywhere there's a country band and a dance floor!

Erin has been part of the BL Events family since 2019. She met Bekah
when she hired her team for a corporate event and loved the process so
much that she pursued her as a mentor.
She spent her early career in hospitality and fine-dining institutions where
she assisted with curating holiday parties and private events. She has
since continued to gain experience in white-glove service, producing
corporate events for both established companies and local start-ups for
the last 10 years in Dallas,Austin, and Houston.
Her favorite part of managing events is working across every participating
team and creating a plan (and back-up plan) for all of the gray space that
inevitably appears day-of. Her favorite moment at weddings is the reveal,
when you can see the couples' personalities shine through their design
selections, colors, and accessories!
Erin lives in Austin with her husband, toddler and dogs where they spend
free weekends exploring hill country breweries and restaurants and
cheering on the Longhorns!
